Dave's Retirement
Dave retired in 2000 and the staff at Sun Microsystems organised a fantastic event. It was a really touching event and they delved into the past as well as the present.
Some of the amazing things were:
1. All former secretary/administrators were present and all were dressed in maternity wear and sported huge tummies.
2. One of the main events was the wheeling of "pregnant" Jean down the centre aisle in the chair that was rumored to cause pregnancy.
3. EVERYONE wore brightly colored Hawaiian shirts! A favorite item of attire for Dave.
4. Former colleagues came from interstate and there were videos from overseas friends and management.
